Great location near attractions.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This place is situated in the perfect location! It's tucked away on a quiet street in the middle of everything and all the attractions are within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was helpful. They even accommodated our request for a room with a view due to special circumstances. The amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee maker, and in-room safe. We loved the terrace and enjoyed the happy hour at the bar/lounge area.

All in all, I highly recommend this venue because of its many benefits. The only slight downside is that the staff was overworked and understaffed.

Our stay at Hotel Palace Bonvecchiati was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the balcony. The location couldn't have been better, right next to St. Mark's Square and all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Received a room upgrade, which was comfortable and had good air-conditioning. Very central location, close to Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Efficient and helpful staff, including the housekeeping and gym staff. Excellent WiFi and comfortable beds.

The location is superb! You can easily walk to the bustling Rialto market, which is super close to the city center. All the main attractions are just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern bathrooms and crisp clean sheets and towels. The staff is efficient and the housekeeping service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options.

I wish there was a place to sit outside between meals. It would have been nice to have a terrace with a nice view or an upper floor lounge with an outlook.

We had a wonderful stay at Palace Bonvecchiati in Venice. The hotel's fantastic location just 300 yards from St Mark's Square was perfect for exploring the city. The beautiful decor of the hotel added to the overall experience. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the sister hotel's restaurant, which had great food and friendly staff. Our suite was a fantastic value for the price we paid. The breakfast offered everything we could wish for. We are grateful for the polite and helpful staff who provided us with all the information we needed for our visit, including recommendations for restaurants and arranging water taxis. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Special thanks to the efficient and friendly breakfast staff and Ugo at the reception for their exceptional service.

Staying here was a dream! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from the city centre and close to the main street to the Rialto bridge. The water bus station is also nearby, very convenient for me as I had quite a bit of luggage. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety of options and was served in charming surroundings. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. this hotel had amazing cleanliness, and the facilities were excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this place. We were upgraded to a mini suite for free, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff is efficient and the housekeeping staff is great. We loved the breakfast with its wide variety of options and the fact that the rooms are cleaned twice a day.

For families looking to feel at home in a hotel, this place may not provide that cozy atmosphere. However, I would highly recommend this hotel to families as it ticked all the boxes for comfort and convenience.

It's also conveniently located near St. Mark's Square, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely view of the canal. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. a wonderful stay with excellent facilities and service.

The carpet in the room was slightly soiled, but it didn't really bother me as I don't walk barefoot in hotels.

Nothing not to love.

Fantastic location in the heart of Venice, between two major attractions. Convenient access to main sights and the vaporetto, making it easy to explore the city. Enjoyed the gym facilities, which are uncommon to find in Venice. Modern and fresh decor throughout the hotel. Ample storage space in the rooms, providing convenience. The large bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch. Daily fruit basket in the package added a special touch to our stay.

It would have been more enjoyable if we could have used all the spa facilities in one session. At times, the water level was too high for the water taxi, making it difficult to bring luggage by the street.

We also enjoyed the convenience of having a luggage concierge to help with our bags. it was a wonderful experience for our romantic escape.

One minor downside was the lack of clear instructions on how to use the air conditioning, but this was just a small inconvenience.

Central location with easy access by water. Comfortable, clean rooms with good amenities including slippers and bathrobes. An excellent, wide-ranging breakfast. Polite staff, offering great service. Superb terrace with meals and great views.
